To cancel your MyPop membership, you can go to your customer profile directly on the site fourteen (14) days before the next billing date. If we receive a notice of cancellation later than 14 days before the next billing date, and you are unable to return the vehicle to us in time, the contract will continue for an additional billing period from that billing date, and the contract will only be terminated at the end of that additional billing period.

After termination of the contract, your MyPop membership will continue until the contract termination date. Our team will contact you to organise the return and you then have two options:

  • Return (Free): you return the vehicle to our premises in Vilvoorde from Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
  • Home pick-up (€139 incl. VAT): our partner Mobvious will collect the vehicle at a time that suits you, Monday to Friday.
